RETURN POLICY:

At BarkCity Swag, everything is handmade to order right here in Phoenix. We take pride in what we make and we want you to love what you receive. Here's how returns work fairly for both of us.

Standard items

We accept returns on non-personalized, non-custom items purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address. Returns are issued as a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in perfect resalable condition with original tags attached. No perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains. Contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 48 hourse. Items that don't pass inspection will not receive a refund.

Final sale items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized items (unless personalization fields were left blank at checkout). Custom orders. Monogrammed items. Items purchased during seasonal or promotional sales. Gift cards. Items marked Final Sale.

Personalized and custom orders

Because every personalized and custom piece is made specifically for your dog, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive defective or we made an error. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. We build exactly what you tell us.

Defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. If we made a mistake, we will make it right with a full replacement or refund including return shipping. No hoops to jump through.

Order changes and cancellations

Because production begins quickly after checkout, we're unable to modify or cancel orders once they've been placed. Please double-check your personalization details, sizing, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
